SPECIFICS:

  • Central spaces are multiples of 10x10 (100 sq. ft.)
  • $425 - $500/mo. depending on location and options for one year lease.
  • First months rent and security deposit rent due at signing.
  • Standard space has one electrical outlet and enclosure.
  • No additional charges or fees for utilities or security.
  • Additional electricity available at cost of installation.
  • Other options available, including internet and website.
  • Other space available by square foot for custom layouts.
